This is an upright, clump-forming perennial endemic to the southern Appalachian Mountains. The hooded snapdragon pink flowers sit on square stems which rise above the coarsely-toothed green leaves & bloom from late summer into Autumn. Likes morning sun to lightly shaded moist position. Probably good to avoid our very harsh summer westerly sun in hot parts of Australia. Height around 1m. Bare Rooted Divisions
