I grow this in a very large tub with a wisteria vine, so it gets fairly dry as the wisteria would drink a fair amount of available water (It gets a weekly water). It also gets a lot of sun until around mid afternoon & seems to thrive. I never paid it much attention when I first planted it but it now looks really great as its formed a beautiful carpet of silver/grey foliage topped with those little pink hearts.
